Japanese circular knitting machinery manufacturer, Fukuhara is exhibiting a 30in diameter single knit electronic Jacquard double fleece machine at Stand D I in Hall E5.

Known as the V-SEC7BF and shown in 20 gauge, this machine was developed based on the company's conventional V-SEC7BS multi-feeder electronic machine equipped with a patented and highly reliable SS-actuator selection system, according to the company.

It is capable of producing full Jacquard knit fleece, Jacquard mesh fleece and Jacquard inlay constructions, offering the user new possibilities to efficiently produce innovative double fleece fabrics.

Of particular interest for some customers will be the machine's flexibility. By converting this model to the conventional V-SEC7BS or V-SEC7BSME specifications using optional conversion.parts, various fabrics other than double fleece can also be produced, said Fukuhara.

In addition to the V-SEC7BF, numerous Fukuhara brand parts and needles will also be on display. Another highlight at the stand is the wide variety of fabric and finished product samples to match the company's chosen theme of 'Total Quality' for this year's exhibition.
